This site was created for and inspired by my dear friend Marie. The idea came about during a time we were helping each other through personal transitions. It started as a text message that we sent each other in the morning. The message could be anything, a quote, a motivational saying, an idea, a meme, a thought, a question, sometimes just a really funny anecdote, whatever… Between us, it became known as MMM (Marie’s Morning Meditation). Don’t read into the word “meditation” too much. It simply meant something to think about. Enjoy!
